In less than a month I die. Okay, I graduate from college, but that’s the same thing, isn’t it? I keep having this reccurring dream where the Grim Reaper hands me my diploma. I’m about to become a real person, which I define as not being able to nap for two hours every day after you wake up at noon, and I don’t see myself leaving college with much besides an advanced knowledge of Family Guy quotations and MLA Citation formats. I’m scared shitless because I’m lazy though I’d like to be successful and to do that I need to get it on with technology.

I’m a complete chimp when it comes to computers. I was probably the last person in the universe to create an account on Facebook. My classes have changed since I was a freshman in that instead of writing papers we blog, art projects consist of designing websites, and we use online class collaboration tools instead of an old blackboard.

My first step towards educating myself technologically will be this blog. I’m still not sure how this separates me from a 13 year old girl writing in her pink diary about how Lenny Mishkin won’t ask her to the 7^th grade dance, but I think I’ll have a lot to write about and maybe people will find it interesting.
