Okay for those of you that don’t know, I’m a huge soccer supporter. With the season in England being done for now and my favorite team, Manchester United, heading into preseason, I’ve started following the MLS more. One player here in LA, Landon Donovan, has been linked to be interested in heading to England.
Kind of interesting considering the only time Landycakes plays worth a damn is when he is in meaningless MLS games. He played pretty well this weekend in New York and maybe he is stepping his game up to make some teams interested. I doubt it though, he was a pansy ass when he was at Bayern Leverkusen and got homesick of his girlfriend, dogs, and mom.
That, and given the fact that he never scores in menaingful games (he’s the US leading goalscorer because he plays in every match and takes almost every penalty kick) and I’m not sure he’s got the balls to make a move. But, what do I know? I wanted to see what the soccer fans out there thought about this, so here’s a poll I put together inbetween this busy work my boss gave me and reading Bigsoccer and Yanks Abroad about the Olynpic team selection.

Everyone knows the 3G iPhone came out last week and that it is pretty much sold out everywhere, but there are a lot of negative posts out there in the blogosphere about the Apple gadget. A lot of users have complained about the lack of a copy and paste feature, that a good percentage of them turned out to be defective and impossible to exchange/return, one AT&T mall kiosk in New Jersey has even been handing out propaganda to customers trying to get them to buy Blackberries instead of iPhones.
And to add insult to injury, those who waited in line for hours and hours who were excited to find out that AT&T would be offering free wi-fi access afterall when it was posted on the AT&T website were mislead once again, because it looks like they changed their minds.
What a mess. Looks like I’m sticking with my AT&T Tilt, it has Windows Mobile, but it’s not Vista
Josh and I will be first in line to get these puppies when they hit the shelves in late July. The Nike McFly 2015’s will be renamed the Nike Hyperdunks. I know, fucking lame. Also, they won’t have the crazy auto-lace mechanism they had in the movie. But, they will feature some ultra light materials that will make the average short guy pretend he can dunk… but no, he still can’t. Damn.
Though I still plan to buy and own this piece of memorabilia, Nike is making it very difficult for me to want them. They don’t have an auto lace up feature and they took away the McFly name. To complete the tri-fecta of rectal chaos that will be these sneaks, what shady, unprofessional and selfish baller do they have as the spokesperson? Kobe Bryant.

Someone at apple thinks they’re hilarious. If you type in “Hell” on your maps function on the iPhone you will certainly get Hellertown, PA… but, you’ll also get New York, NY. Good work, Apple.
