Not My Cup of Chai

All I wanted was someone to come in, take fifteen minutes, and fix it. How does someone who can’t see the printer fix the printer? I’m not anti-out sourcing, but this is getting out of control. If we want to make toys, flat screen tv’s, or burn dvd’s outside the US cause it’s cheaper I understand. But tech help from India isn’t my cup of chai.
